I have referred a few times, in the forum, to hearing a voice in my head ... well I don't think I quite explained myself. This is not internal thoughts, or inner torments push and pulling. It sounds like someone in the room talking to me. This has happened 3 times now, since I joined the forum.
Just a few times my name has been called, as loud a day, as if someone in the room is speaking to me. And in one instance a sentence "Bruce, yes, you are doing the right thing" was the other message. That message was all tied into the context and premises of this discussion board.
Here is the deal, these words are spoken to me in the morning, and jolt me awake. Its like the voice is outside my head and in the room speaking directly to me. It Sounds like normal sounds coming in thru my ears, but I believe I am not hearing the physical sound waves, but my brain is generating a response that simulates as if these sounds waves did occur
My question is :
Is this what one experiences and what people mean by telepathic communication ? Is anyone here familiar with telepathic communication ? Have I described it correctly ?
Sleeper and rest of forum ... how do you describe your telepathic communique experiences ?

Hello Trailrider,
It seems as if you are really connecting with your guides, and I'm sure that can only be a good thing, they seem to be giving you positive messages.
I would like to share an experience that I had where I heard a voice talking to me as if someone were right there in the room with me.
I woke up in the middle of the night after having a really long dream. I thought to myself wow!! that was the best dream in the world, ever!!!. But when I tried to recall the dream all I saw was an empty black void of nothingness. So I decided just to simply 'ask' to be able to remember it.(I asked this in my head).
I never in a million years thought that anything would happen, but as soon as I asked a vision/movie was placed in my head, and a voice told me something connected to the vision. Both the vision and the voice were crystal clear, it was a totally amazing experience.
I would also like to add that the voice was female, and strangely she spoke to me in an American accent, which struck me as odd as I am English.
I was rather puzzled as to why I was being shown and told these things, I tried to push it to the back of my mind, but I just couldn't quite do that properly. So I decided to ask Sleeper about it privately.Luckily Sleeper was able to clear a few things up for me, however apparently what I was allowed to remember is rare, and the reason why remains forbidden.
I do not think that the communication that I heard was one of my guides though, I did not get any sense of familiarity from the woman who spoke to me.
I understand that I was given a wonderful gift that night, and I feel privileged to have been allowed to remember.

I have no idea if this has anything to do with Telepathic anything but...
When I was younger, I decided to leave a party early and wait outside for my friends. It was too hot and crowded in the house so I decided to get some fresh air. I sat on top of the hood of a car, on the side of a street in a quiet neighborhood. I was enjoying the cool breeze and solitude when SUDDENLY I got a jolt and something told me to RUN. So, I didn't hesitate and ran towards the house. Maybe no more than 30 seconds later, a car ran right into the hood I was sitting on. If I didn't listen to that feeling, I would be a pancake right now...
Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary has happened to me except for the occasional dream becoming reality and being extremely sensitive (which is good and bad) to my surroundings.
This is an interesting thread, hopefully more people post their stories!!

Hello all, Telepathy for me is not really a voice I hear its more like a revers dejavu with images in my head. Its also like a knowing, you just know something before it happens. I'm still trying to figure out if its me sending or receiving. If some one says something you knew they were going to say or do, were you receiving or putting the idea in their heads

I few months back I was alone walking thru my old house just before I rented it out. I heard a female call out my brother’s name just once. It was real enough that I called out “Hello…is anyone here”. I spent the next few min checking upstairs down stairs and in all the rooms. I even went back outside and looked around the house.

Sounds like you really know what you are talking about Sleeper. Even more interesting would be to know what you aren't talking about ....
Memory is such a handicap when dealing with ET and his friends and their degree of planning. Sure seems like there is no such thing as coincidences in life when I reflect on it.

Is anyone here familiar with telepathic communication ? Have I described it correctly ? Sleeper and rest of forum ... how do you describe your telepathic communique experiences ? Hello Trailrider I have had a few of these “messages in the head” but the most recent was THE most interesting, sort of like telepathy and combined ufo sighting. June of 2007 at about 8pm, still full daylight I was taking my handicapped daughter to the bathroom, we sometimes sit and watch out of the window upstairs. On the way to the bathroom I had an incredible urge to go to the window, the words in my head that was very definite and not me was “go to the window, Just go, NOW.” I said to my wee girl let’s go and have a look out the window before wash-up. When we got to the window there was a large glowing orange light/orb in the sky, could not have been any more than a mile or so, very clear, just sitting slightly up from the Horizon. The glow from the orb was very bright, it also seems that there were other much small lights/orbs emanating from around its center. I was mesmerized, kind of shocked, there it was, this was not a helicopter, or a plane, or a flare, or Saturn/Jupiter/moon or any of that bollocks. This was a very large Orb glowing, not moving, completely still, motionless. Lots of people & traffic on the ground below which was amazing as I would have been sure that someone else could have seen it but nobody was looking from my vantage point. I was amazed, my wee girl who is severely disabled with limited eyesight could even make it out and was all amazed too. We both shouted to my wife to “get up here quick”. My wife was on the phone to her sister (they spend most of their time on the phone don’t they.) My wife came dashing up the stairs in a panic thinking there was something wrong with my Kid as I was yelling to her at the time. She could not help but see it too, getting quite brighter at this time she was still chatting to her sister about it, when suddenly in the distance beyond the first large orb another one appeared, slightly above and to the left of the fist big orb. Same shape but only smaller or further away I thought. Just as if someone was turning on a light with a dimmer switch. Not as bright as the first one but very visible. The second one only stayed there for about a minute or so, and then the big first orb suddenly faded out. Then in my head I got the message “so now you know ok” that was it. It was a real weird situation and we always bring it up. I think of it all the time and I’m always running to the window to see if it comes back again, but it never has. My wife is not much interested in any of this sort of thing and she tends to dismiss everything but this she is dumbfounded. At this time I did not know about Sleep/lou and had just started to listening on you tube about John lear etc. Well that’s my story. I also had a few of these feelings/messages in the army/fire service. One most recent, about 6 years ago I was just about to finish my watch at the station when I got an incredible sense of dread, almost overpowering. Almost at that instant the alarms/bleepers went off for a callout. We turned up to a massive traffic accident, multiple vehicles/casualties all needing help and freeing where… well without rambling on it was a mess, some fatalities and 4 horses that had bolted on to a dual carriage motorway causing mayhem. OK that’s it, I think we all have the capacity of being tuned in, and problem is I think the belief needs to be there in the first place. OK just my 2 cents. Peace people Kirky

OK just my 2 cents.Kirky Kirky, amazing story thanks for sharing. And you are right about the belief part too, here's why I agree with you. Some of my excursions I bring along a friend whom is the story teller (aka tribal oral historian) for the Lil'awat Nation. My home care nurses introduced me to her while I recovering from my leg surgery in 2007. Marie, the Indian story teller gave me a book to read titled "The physic Sasquatch and their UFO connection" . I thought what a load of bunk, I had never seen a UFO, but I did believe in them. What I did not believe was any connection to Bigfoot and ET.
So the book sat in my truck for months and months. So I finally decided to read it ... Yup and about a week later I saw my first orb/UFO/et !! We were on a big-foot stakeout and there was a Sasquatch lurking around, and we were observing weird but subtle light displays, then I noticed an bright orb in my rear view mirror peeking out from the tree tops at us that night. If I looked directly into the rear view mirror the orb would dart back behind the trees. If I observed it without locking my eyes onto it in the mirror the orb of light would persist with its observations. The orb was aware, that I was aware of it !! That may be an ET, or as I thought at the time a probe. It was alive and seemingly able to see my eyes from hundreds of yards away at night, reflected in a rear view mirror no less while I sat in my truck. Or it was reading my mind and or mental awareness levels. This was before I was aware of Lou's description of his soul leaving his body and existing as a ball of light, in a pure energy state or however one would describe it .... Whether or not these are ET's or probe's or what ever they are, they still match the description Lou gave in "A day with an extraterrestrial". So thats what made me a believer. The brief episodes of telepathy came the following year, and the knowing stranger was the year prior in 2006. What ever is going on there is no rush in the time lines.

benni, I've had experiences like that. One I recall clearly was when I was in my teens. My family lived up in the mountains of northeast PA, my bus ride to school was at the very least 45 minutes. In the winter when the roads were bad, the bus driver wouldn't drive up the hill to our bus stop, he'd just drop us off at the bottom of the mountain and we'd have to walk about 1/2 mile up. The part I recall was; I was wearing a long coat (past the knees), and short boots while walking up the road and something told me (in my head) to jump over the guard rail which was a bit above knee level on me, and doing so was no small feat in that long coat. No longer than a few seconds after I landed on the other side (and slid slightly downhill), a car came down toward us, skidded sideways across the road, and impacted at the spot on the guardrail I had just vaulted. whoa Then there was the time I was sitting in my mom's car (waiting for her to complete her business in the post office) looking out at a tree in front of a building across the street. I thought to myself; geeze what would happen if one of those branches fell? Then....it did. No wind, no lightning, nothing of the sort, a rather large branch just broke off. Thankfully no one was injured by it. Hubby and I communicate telepathically, and sometimes with the kids as well. It goes beyond finishing each other's sentences. Eons ago when he and I were first dating, he worked at a body shop repairing cars and I sent him a very naughty (though pleasurable) set of thoughts causing him to startle and catch his ribs on the upper portion of the car's side door's window. In my defense, I didn't know exactly what he was doing at the time. I've noticed I've lost quite a bit of the psychic ability since being started on antidepressants.

My husband has some sort of telepathic ability - or maybe some sort of sixth sense - I'm not quite sure what you would call it.
When we were first together life was very fraught - we'd both had nervous breakdowns and our marriages had ended - and he wasn't on speaking terms with his family. Anyhow, we'd be out somewhere like the park, shop, or supermarket, and suddenly he'd say "so and so is here" and he'd want to turn around and go the other way. Well, he was always right and absolutely spot on about who it was that he didn't want to bump into. He said he could feel the hairs on the back of his neck standing up!
When it first happened I thought he must have caught a glimpse of them and I'd not seen them, but it happened often enough and in situations where he couldn't possibly have known they were there and I believe him wholeheartedly.
Interestingly, once he became reconciled with his family it stopped happening.

I think about new things everytime I read this board.
Once, and only once, first thing in the morning I heard someone shout my name as clear as day. Both my wife and I were awake in bed but she didnt hear it! Made me jump out of my skin as like you said, it wasn't a thought it was a voice!
I pick up on things when I'm not trying to. For example, my wife said ' You'll never guess who I saw this morning' and said the name of the first person who popped into my head and it was correct. This was such an obscure meeting that my wife is convinced to this day that I must have seen them together!
If I had 'tried' to think of the person though I would not have got it as my mind would cloud the answer with my own thoughts. Try being spontaneous before the mind kicks in for best results!
I can do this too often for it to be just co-incidence.

About a year ago, in the morning while getting ready for work I swore I heard someone shout my name. I was alone in the house at the time and thought it was a friend of mine stopping by. Made me jump a bit when I realized nobody was there.
I also seem to pick up on certain things. I easily finish people's sentences, even when I have no clue what they are telling me about. While playing trivial pursuit with some family this christmas, my team was given several questions we absolutely didn't know. A few times I was able to guess the answer off the top of my head by making random guesses. Like one question was about a certain toy used in some movie I had never heard of before. The blurted out the first thing that came to mind and 1/2 the time I would be right. They kept accusing me of cheating and wanted to know if I had just played a lot of trivial pursuit before. I jokingly told them I was physic, but they just laughed.
It's just small things like that which seem to happen all the time. Like with the oven preheating. I just get a sudden inclination to get up, go to the kitchen, put the food in the oven, and am always within a couple seconds of the preheat beep.
I also am able to read people very well and that kinda helps as a salesman. I have the highest numbers of anyone in my department, and I'm the new guy.

About a year ago, in the morning while getting ready for work I swore I heard someone shout my name. I was alone in the house at the time and thought it was a friend of mine stopping by. Made me jump a bit when I realized nobody was there. That's three of us heard our names called out in the morning ... Either this is something very common and no one talks about it or it's very uncommon and 3 nutcases found each other on a UFO forum.Something I may not have mentioned about the Sasquatch and Plasma ET encounter 2 weeks ago ... I had this "Poof ! you're wide awake" experience early in the evening. Prior to waking up, and without ever recalling even feeling sleepy, I was so completely scared from the whole ordeal of knowing there was a Sasquatch outside the truck. I was just totally gripped with fear. After popping wide awake, I had no fear or anxieties about the situation we were in. Which was being camped out inside my truck in remote winter conditions with ET Plasma balls of light and Bigfoot outside the vehicle.
I think something must have happened, because I recall absolutely nothing and had the same "pop into consciousness" experience as after my suspected day long abduction in Jan. of 2008. Normally when I waken from a sleep its very gradually, not suddenly wide awake and fully alert. My companion recently reported to me she had a weird dream that night, that she was surrounded by a multitude of lights, similar to the one plasma ball she saw.It would be nice to actually be gifted with the memory of one of these ET encounters, I think ... Although Lou says maybe not something one would want to remember
