Hi Lou!
'Halloween' is a modern dilution of a phenomenon from long ago. Known to the Celts as Samhain, it was an astrological point where the 3D world, was physically accessible (both ways) with a higher dimension.
Does this event have any significance in context with ETs' interface with us?

Hi shenachie, Now days all we need do is dream and we are there. ;D There are some/many that don't need dream or yearly festival to have such access. Humans have events to break the monotony in their lives. ETs don't do monotony and have contact with us on a regular basis.
