Sometimes it´s quite hard to envisage what the great cities of the world will look like in 50 / 100 or even 150 years time. I just hope it will by an inverted Blade Runner cityscape (i.e light against dark). I´m confident that it will be (even considering Earth is not on a path to Utopia) Dynamic architecture does actually make sense: Even if Dubai aren´t the first, the engineering is there: it´s only a matter of time. It´s a real shame it doesn´t spin a bit faster: "Don't expect them to work like a massively expensive carousel though, each of the floors will take 1 to 3 hours to turn once depending so forget it if you buy an apartment here as a pleasure ride with g-forces that can pin you to the outer wall as it madly spins". Ah well........we can but dream can´t we? --come to think of it living in a 24hr carousel maybe isn´t the way to go!
