for some reason i feel compelled to post this here. about 2 months ago i had a dream that sent me on quite a journey within myself.
i was floating in null space and i felt somthing near me and then in frount of me was a faint light and it grew in intensity. it was almost as if i was being held and pulled toward it. it felt as if i was ready to go home, i felt like it was the end. When i realised that this was me leaving i freaked out. i said to myself "i cant die now there are to many people left behind" and i thought of reletives and friends. i had to wake up and i began to thrash in what ever was holding me. i couldnt get loose physicaly so i teleported myself back into my body and woke up.

I have often had times where I have been "stuck" in dreams as well. Sometimes being conscious of the world around me and seeing the room I'm in, but frozen in my body. It's quite annoying sometimes to be caught in that ether. Often times, it happens while I'm falling asleep and I kick myself out of it through physically moving. I would suggest, and this is just based on my experience, thinking about moving your physical body. Hope that helps! -Will

.*.
I have been a lucid dreamer for many years and can tell you there is stunning data online that will assist you in harnessing these dreams and advancing beyond "just a dream" level.
Astral projection is experienced by many people and often the first level one encounters is what I term the Blue/Gray area. It is here we often face beings of seeming negative vibration. They "attack" or "hold" us.
I am not sure why this is a necessary step, or even if it is, but they seem to be designed to keep us fearful and hold us back from exploring when in fact there is no reason to fear.
I can say that astral projection is not for the lame of heart or the fearful... :]
Google it! ....lucid dreaming, astral projection or OOBE (out of body experiences)

interesting expedia I have to look into that, The astral part thing linked to the first encounter i mean. I have seen future events of my life in dreams, many of the things i have seen have come true. I have also seen things I cannot explain, One reoccurring dream that I have is a world that looks similar to what I would say the landscape of mars not saying it is, but the landscape is similar and i am looking over a city nothing like any city on earth its very different its huge and in the middle of no where but at night its the most beautiful thing I have ever seen I cannot explain it. Another reoccurring dream I have is me in a vehicle that is flying I dunno if its a ufo, helicoptor, plane but im looking down on what it appears to be an ocean with buildings coming out of the water. Like a city that got hit with a tsunami, or huge flood, every time I have that dream I always feel sad when I wake up im always shocked or depressed after wards. I'm not saying these are future events or anything, these are just 2 dreams I have had since I was young. Btw at night I sleep walk like crazie its been happening since I was young. I have even left my house many times its funny. Before I go to bed at night I have someone lock the door in different combination's so I don't walk out of my apartment I just keep locking myself in.
