No telling how good some of the folk remedies may be that we don't know about ... or that are illegal . Having regular dreams that are irregular and memorable are somthing that I have never had a problem with (Knock on Wood). I wish I could somehow control what type of deam I am going to have. It took me a while to realize that everybody doesn't have dreams the way I do. For a long time I just thought everyone experienced hte dreams the way I do. It wasn't until, a few years ago, I was telling my brother of a crazy dream I had and he said, "Man, I would freak ot if I ever had a dream like that". Until that point I thought everyone had the same, or similiar, dreams. I hope everyone can have at least one Lucid dream, where you are totally in control when you are dreaming. It is quite amazing, but I don't have to tell you guys that.

No telling how good some of the folk remedies may be that we don't know about ... or that are illegal . I don't dream when I indulge in those 'remedies'. The more I've purified my consciousness through yoga, meditation, ect. the more clear my dreams become. The more you remember. In fact once, when I was intently persuing Yoga, I became conscious IN a dream involving ETs taking me somewhere. When I became aware of them, they did something & I didn't remember any of the rest. Having regular dreams that are irregular and memorable are something that I have never had a problem with (Knock on Wood). I wish I could somehow control what type of deam I am going to have. My take from Lou's 'tutelage' is that 'dreams' are to a large extent 3D memories of 4D events. And 'evolution' of our consciousness involves increased awareness of the 4D world. Where presumably our friendly ET guides are showing us around. Or at least, interacting. I'd prefer getting the 'data' direct. If I get the crap scared out of me, then I'd defer. Till then in my dreams, ET is totally the coolest. It is quite amazing, but I don't have to tell you guys that. 'Totally in control' in the dreamstate is called 'astal projection' by some philosophies. Personally I think (and I believe I've seen Dreamer mention) that we need guides for that. Otherwise, you could get 'lost.' Then your body dies. Dreamer has said some interesting stuff about ET 'maintenance' in that particular subjective reality.
