Hey Sanch,
Although it looks like a pay off mess,,,
Liberty for one, has to be for everyone.
And if/when the SHTF, it will be apparent to all.

He who has the gold makes the rules.
Now the money changes hands above the table rather than below. The end result: No change what so ever.

I don't really understand the ruling itself. I"ll have to look into it a bit more.
If it's about giving anyone or anything more freedom of speech than I can't really call it a bad ruling by the judges.
But the issue of a corporation being a "person" this has actually always been the case. Anyone or anything that is not the government has always been treated as a person.
In the US you have different classes of people.
1.) Corporations
2.) Citizens
3.) People who need affirmative action laws and civil rights.
These three classes have all the same opportunity and rights.
As an example it is my belief that Malcolm X did more for the Black movement than Martin Luther ever did because Malcolm X although totally racist saw through the stupidity of not considering yourself just as good as a white man vs Martin Luther who would accept laws that made them second class citizens who needed laws beyond those of a normal white citizen as protection.
Corporations have tons of money and can afford lawyers who know every law and right ever written.
The class of citizen you are is a mater of perspective and knowledge, money just helps.
Government is just a tool, a car driven by the best class of driver. But if your not in the drivers seat, you could get run over. ;D
