I’d like to share a few father’s day letters I got from my daughter and grandson.
This one is from my grandson:

For those who have trouble reading his writing it says:
Thank you for being there for me helping with my science project
also helping me in difficult times like when grandma is mad at me.
This one is from my daughter Jax this year:
It may be Father's Day - but, for me, you were never as much a Father as you are a Dad.
Fathers are there to support their family -
Dads are there for support.
Fathers are there to make rules and insist you follow them -
Dads teach you which rules can be broken and why.
Fathers talk -
Dads listen.
Fathers expect you to go to sleep when you're put to bed -
Dads wake you up past your bedtime to take you to McDonalds.
Fathers make excuses as to why they don't have time -
Dads make the most of the time they have.
Fathers can be assholes for no reason -
Dads are only assholes to people other than his children.
Fathers want you to win.
Dads don't care whether you win or lose, as long as you've stirred the pot.
Fathers aren't very interesting -
Dads leave a legacy everyone wants to read about!
So this Father's Day, even though you're so far away, I'll be thinking of you and celebrating my Dad -
And maybe by your birthday, I'll be able to give you the best present of all.
Your life, written by me.
I love you!
PS. They say daughters marry men that remind them of their fathers...THANKS DAD!!!!
This is one from Jax last year.
