Websters defines integrity as, "intactness, firmness of character, honesty. Our goal in life is to live our lives with integrity and without envy, hate or greed. This is about integrity. You guys have been bombarding Lou with millions of questions so now here is one for you: Describe an incident, which happened in the last week or 2, how you expressed integrity. Something that you did to express integrity. It can also be how you DIDN'T express integrity. Don't be bashful. Keep your story to 50 words or less and don't waste 50 words apologizing about how you didn't express integrity. Integrity is something like you gave your best apples to a neighbor. Go for it. I got angry with someone for dropping an iphone into a toilet. I can't recall anything I did of integrity but I did give a buck to someone poorer than me...does that count? I get your point though, we should do this every moment we have, but what when having integrity causes you to lose your job? Are there times when integrity could/should be compromised in order to move forward in life?

INTEGRITY:sounds easy, like the definiton says"firmness of character, honest I think the trick is to have it come without having to think about having it, in other words its just how you are, and others know it also about you, but you don't have to say anything ,they just know.Man thats a big order for me, to be that consistent all the time and then I have to throw in no hate, envy or greed , more than one lifetime my freinds, to get that good at all those all at the same time.

Hi hoss, its amazing how I can go all day and not blowing up at things that in the past I would have done so and then somehow "blow it" at the end of the day by something I've created in my mind. No doubt it takes all of us more than a single lifetime to get it right. Hang in there my fellow left-handed brother. At least we're in our right minds Eddie

At the risk of being called an **s kisser and a sheeple, I would like to state a truth that exists right in our midsts. John Lear is a powerful example of integrity. The first and, in my opinion the most powerful, statement that Lou has said is to live life with integrity. As someone learning how to ingrain the philosophy of Lou, I look to see how others have exemplified these tenants. Now, I’m not saying that no one else here has integrity, Bad Eddie you made a beautiful personal example of it recently, but if we are to acknowledge and admire the best and consistent performance of integrity I would say John has proven worthy of being a role model. I have seen John accused of being rude, mean, superior, uncaring etc, especially on other boards... but in fact he has exemplified the exact opposite. I have seen people taunt John and when he does not waiver, they offer a compromise. “Hey John maybe I was wrong on a few things but just admit you were too” John does not fall for that chocolate cake with a hammer in the middle. Now please understand that I realize that because I say this does not make it truth. The truth is the truth no matter who says it is so. A is A, red is red, and what’s real is what’s real no matter what we believe, or say, or hope. I have never met John nor talked to him outside this board. He knows nothing of me. It takes nothing away from me to admit and understand a considerable strength that is outside of myself. It takes nothing from Lou, only proves the acute power of Lou’s material. When we suddenly become aware of the immense mass and enormity of the sun, it does not make the earth shrink. The sun it just that much more than the earth. And the earth is big enough! My personal opinion is that we should acknowledge those traits in others that we admire. If I were to give a visual analogy, it would be a titanium metal rod one mile in diameter imbedded to the core of the earth and rising almost to the moon (the living moon!) That is what John Lears integrity looks like to me. There is so little in the world, in my opinion, that I can honestly say I can admire in the leaders of today’s world. I am a guppy (remember John a guppy is not even an appetizer!) in this great sea of Lou’s truth, but I just want to speak out to say, how great is it that we have the best teachers that embody the very teachings we look to embrace....right in our own backyard! We can reach out to the beings that touch us the most.....with the tap of a computer keyboard. I know this is a prison, and I don’t wake up everyday with an “all the way pizza” mentality, but perhaps if we talk and admit the things we admire and want to live in, maybe, just maybe, Milton will hear us! John Lear this is my salute to you as being a true hero.
I know, I know, It’s corny Phoenix again! But hey, Milton made me do it!. Seriously, John, thanks for handing down Lou’s info to people like me.

Hey Phoenix there is nothing corny about having respect and admiration for John, I feel the same way you do about John. Once you can "get"John's aproach and style of info release, its absolutely forehead slapping. He's not just going to give it to you , you gotta find it. Let me give you a little insight , you must try, in the future, to make paragraphs. Posts that run on are harder to read than ones that are not.Try making a bunch of small ones instead This way you don't lose your place. Also makes it easier to quote someone ;D

Now, I’m not saying that no one else here has integrity, Bad Eddie you made a beautiful personal example of it recently phoenix, To be mentioned in the same post about integrity with Mr. Lear is the best compliment I've ever had and I'm truly humbled. It has let me know that I'm on the right path and the work I've been putting in on cleaning up my "glass house" is paying off. I only discovered Lou, Milton, Howdy Doody and the board here (most likely led here by my guides since I was on a quest for the truth about the existence of ETs and their purpose) in January of this year. Once I started reading thru the ATS sleeper threads I knew I'd found "the truth" and began the clean-up process immediately. I know I have a long way to go to be the best I can be but I now put the time in every day and think things through before acting/reacting in every situation. I know I don't do the right thing in every situation but I also try to learn from my mistakes by thinking about them afterwards and make a plan of how I should act/react the next time. The more I work at it the easier it is becoming to deal with it. Oh yea, the test from our guides keep coming and just when you think you've cleared some hurdles another challenging test comes along. Thanks phoenix, Badd Eddie

His methods of helping out are a bit drawn out and remind me of a snowflake slowly turning into a snow ball but hey that's just his way of telling people to back off and give Sleep some breathing room. Personally I very much prefer cutting right to the chase with deep metaphors involving shotgun anal sex, jerking off into toilets and just generally reminding people of the incredibly stupid brains they have by design. But Lear is an exceptional person, that's obvious. Always has been always will be. Izzy.

Hello Bad Eddie, I was truly moved by the way you looked inside and realized that perhaps you got caught up in the moment but were able to change your approach. For me personally, and for a lot of others I'm sure, it's nice to be allowed to see the shift in someone and understand the courage it takes to change positions sometimes.
Hey Izzy, I hope your not trigger happy!!

Hey Izzy, I hope your not trigger happy!! Trigger....Happy... No dearest Phoenix, I am NOT....trigger happy. Johnathanly (don't like the name frank) I would not presume to consider myself a man who likes guns, much less pulling triggers on them. What I mean by the "shotgun" portion of the phrase "shotgun anal sex" is the merciless trusting action one would do if engaging in the forbidden act of "Ooops sorry bout that, no really I'm quite new at this, honestly I get the right hole next time scouts honor (fingers crossed)." with out regard for the "Tender Exit Only" sign. Which by the way I really have never done myself, watch it sure but actually do it...not my thing really. No my thing is swords. Hahaha yes give me a sword over a gun any day. Guns are to dangerous and you have to hide behind stuff. much like anal sex they are not my thing, mostly if ever only used in metaphors. Can't "To The Pain!" with guns. Oh crud that's not the real clip......it's funny as hell though. Here is the link to the actual clip....TO THE PAIN to all the jerkoffs who disable embed on their videos. Seriously what piece of crap person does that. Not that I"m judging, just saying.. Izzy.
